To guarantee a secure, reliable, and dynamic experience for all, we uphold a comprehensive set of Community Guidelines that govern the use of our platform. These guidelines are universal, applying equally to all users and content within our community.

Our content moderation strategy rests on four foundational principles:

Eradication of Rule-Breaking Content: We promptly remove any content that fails to comply with our established rules.
Age-Restriction for Adult Content: Mature content is strictly confined to an adult audience, ensuring those under 18 are shielded from such material.
Managing Your Feed (FYF) Standards: We meticulously manage the eligibility criteria for our recommendation system to confirm that promoted content is suitable for a wide-ranging audience.
Empowerment through Information: We are committed to providing our community with the necessary tools and resources to navigate our platform safely and responsibly.

In addition to these principles, we introduce the following enhancements to ensure our platform remains a respectful and inclusive space:

Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content: Harassment, bullying, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited. We foster an environment where respect and kindness prevail.
Integrity and Authenticity: We discourage misinformation and uphold the truth. Content that misleads or deceives our community is unwelcome.
Protection of Intellectual Property: We respect creators' rights and intellectual property. Sharing or promoting content without proper authorization is not allowed.
Community Support and Reporting Mechanisms: We encourage users to report content that violates our guidelines. Together, we can maintain the safety and integrity of our platform.

We furthermore ask you to act in accordance with the following principles:

Respect for Local Customs and Laws: Our platform is a mosaic of global voices, and while we celebrate diverse expressions, we are also committed to upholding the respect for the traditions and laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users are encouraged to engage in content creation and sharing that honours the cultural sensitivities and legal statutes of the UAE. Content that disrespects the country's cultural heritage, public morals, or Islamic beliefs is strictly prohibited.
Dress Code Guidelines: In alignment with local customs, content featuring attire that may be considered inappropriate or offensive in the UAE cultural context should be avoided. We advocate for modesty and respect towards the UAE's cultural norms in all shared content.
Language and Communication: While fostering open communication, we remind our users to use language that is respectful and considerate, avoiding profanity or any form of language that could be perceived as disrespectful towards any culture, with a particular emphasis on adherence to the respectful norms of communication prevalent in UAE society.
Promotion of Tolerance: In line with the UAE's Year of Tolerance and its continuous efforts to be a beacon of harmony, we encourage content that promotes tolerance, understanding, and respect among different cultures, religions, and beliefs. Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or hostility is not permitted.
Compliance with Local Regulations: Our platform adheres strictly to the laws governing digital content, data protection, and cyber security as established by the UAE government. Users must not engage in activities that contravene these laws, including but not limited to cybercrimes, data breaches, and copyright infringement.
National Symbols and Leaders: The UAE holds its national symbols and leaders in high regard. Content that disrespects, mocks, or undermines the country's symbols or leaders is strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate removal.
Child Safety and Exploitation: We take the protection of minors seriously. Any content that exploits or endangers children—such as child sexual exploitation, grooming, or depictions of minors in sexual or harmful contexts—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination. If you suspect any content places a minor at risk, please report it promptly to our support team and, where applicable, relevant authorities.
Self-Harm and Suicide: We do not allow content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages self-harm or suicidal behavior. If you encounter any content or user discussions suggesting imminent self-harm, please use our reporting tools and consider contacting emergency services for urgent intervention. Supportive discussions around recovery or awareness of mental health issues are permitted, as long as they do not encourage self-harm or put others at risk.
Extremist or Terror-Related Content: We strictly forbid any content that advocates terrorism, violent extremism, or the recruitment or support of terrorist organizations. This includes praise, promotion, or portrayal of acts of terrorism or propaganda intended to radicalize or incite violence. Any content of this nature will be promptly removed, and users involved may face account termination.
Graphic Violence and Shocking Content: Overly graphic, gory, or violent material that is intended to shock or disturb is not allowed. This includes depictions of brutality, torture, or animal cruelty. We reserve the right to remove content that is excessively violent, and any user repeatedly posting such content may be subject to suspension or permanent removal.
Spam and Malicious Conduct: Content designed to mislead users—such as spam, phishing attempts, or distributing malware—is prohibited. This includes bulk or repetitive posting of unsolicited advertisements and deceptive links. We will remove offending posts and may restrict or terminate the accounts responsible for such malicious activities.
Privacy Invasions (Doxxing): Publishing or threatening to publish private information about an individual—often called "doxxing"—is strictly prohibited. This includes personal or identifying information like full names, addresses, phone numbers, or financial details shared without consent. Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or legal action if necessary.

By participating in our community, users agree to adhere to these guidelines, contributing to a safe and positive experience for everyone involved.
